LooksMaxx (“LooksMaxx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile app for face-photo analysis, score interpretation, archetype and category breakdowns, improvement guidance, compare/battle features, and progress tracking (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use LooksMaxx.

B. Face Data

When you use our facial analysis features, you may upload a photo containing your face. We use this photo solely to provide the analysis requested by you. Photos are processed by our backend and raw face photos are not retained after processing. We do not share face photos with third-party AI providers or third-party face recognition services. Analysis results and scan history may be stored with your account to provide the app experience. You may request deletion of your account-associated data by contacting moeylarge@gmail.com.

C. Analysis and App-Generated Data

To provide the LooksMaxx experience, we may generate and process:

  • face-analysis outputs
  • scores, potential ranges, archetype interpretations, and category breakdowns
  • improvement-plan suggestions
  • battle/compare results
  • progress and scan-history records
  • device-local export records created from your scans

D. Device, Usage, and Log Information

We may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

  • app version
  • device type and operating system
  • crash or error information
  • timestamps and feature usage
  • diagnostic logs needed to troubleshoot reliability or abuse

E. Local Device Storage

LooksMaxx stores certain scan history, export records, and app state locally on your device so the app can function properly and show progress over time.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
  • analyze submitted photos and generate results
  • save local history and progress views
  • support compare/battle and sharing features
  • troubleshoot bugs, monitor performance, and improve reliability

We do not sell your personal information.
